Axis’ Solutions Business Development team is searching for a customer service oriented professional to join us as our Solutions Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include developing and generating business in strategic vertical segments and partner programs. Manages employees working in these segments and responsible for overall strategic planning and direction of the Business Development department in South America. Responsible also to set the strategy and action plan towards to Axis Technology Integration Partner Program (TIP).

What You’ll Do Here… - Lead and develop the partnership program as it relates to the vertical segments and other partner programs assigned
- Produce written publications regularly
- Work with Regional Director in providing strategic direction to the Department.
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives as a member of the executive staff
- Maintain a strong presence in media and industry relations
- Be the point of contact to all TIPs Partners, being responsible for the TIP Program as well.
- Grow and manage Axis New Business initiatives
- Grow and manage Axis Medium Business initiatives
- Work cohesively with sales, marketing, and product development
- Build a team of well-established and networked members
- Resolve strategic challenges
What We Are Looking For… - Superb networking and interpersonal skills
- Solid public speaking ability
- Manage and interact with remote teams
- Travel independently and productively
- Strong negotiation skills
What You’ll Need… - 10+ years of experience in information technology and security industry or related field
- Technical Background (Bachelor) in Engineering or Computer Science or Telecommunication
- Experience managing highly skilled and experienced sales force
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
Physical Demands:
- Employee is occasionally required to lift 9 - 12 kg.
- Expected travel time for this position is approximately 50% annually.
