Technical Trainer, South Central

Axis is looking for a dynamic and energetic person to join our team technical training team in the South Central. The ideal candidate will reside within the Irving, TX area.

What You’ll Do Here…

• Consistently research and build awareness of specific industries need for Axis products and associated technologies
• Deliver courses, webinars and Podcasts
• Maintain training center and equipment
• Update training materials constantly
• Perform needs analysis for course development
• Conduct customer evaluations
• Serve as Axis diplomat on training and new product initiatives
• Perform other related duties when assigned
• Travel both nationally and internationally on short notice

What You’ll Need…

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years experience in technical training or education
• IP Technical background

Valued, But Not Required Skills and Experience …

• Network Surveillance/CCTV experience
• Experience in technical support or technical sales
• Experience in vertical segments such as banking, retail or government
• Industry certifications such as PSP, A+ or CISCO certifications
• Masters degree in related field
