The Business Development Director is regional owner responsible for North Asia New Business development strategy, plan, driving & managing the partner eco-system at regional level. Being North Asia representative to communicate with New Business & global BDM teams in HQ; working with local team to develop local strategy, execution plan, and action. This is senior management position requiring high-level strategic thinking & planning to lead New Business BDM team to cooperate with sales and marketing in order to make strong influence in North Asia market. The Business Development Director will be key member of North Asia Leadership Team to define the high-level business strategy & priorities to support the long-term sustainable growth in North Asia region - includes China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong What You’ll Do Here… - Interface timely with HQ New Business & global BDM team to align with the global strategy
- Overall New Business owner with strategic thinking and view of market trend to be responsible for regional level plan and strategies development, implement, KPIs setting with follow up of results achievement
- Establish knowledgeable team and be regional New Business solution selling champion to drive internal mindset and readiness with comprehensive deliverables
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams at regional level to align overall New Business strategy and support the long term business development success
- Have strong connection with local sales and marketing team to understand market situations & demands
- Work with local segment BDM to develop and manage strong potential end-customer project pipeline to support local sales growth in New Business areas, such as network audio.

We Believe You Will Need… - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 15+ years in business development and/or sales & marketing position
- Experience in IT or Security industry preferred
- Experience in working in an international company as regional manager preferred
