WHAT WILL YOU DO?
An essential element of our development work are relations and cooperation with external parties and these are regulated by different contracts and agreements including for instance non-disclosure agreements, license agreements and development agreements. As Contract Manager you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of these contracts. You will drive the entire process from start to execution. You will analyze contract requirements, business models, pricing and other terms and conditions and prepare material for internal assessments as well as coordinate involvement of necessary personnel from other parts of the organization, such as the Legal Department, Finance and technical teams. You will be our main external interface for contractual matters and you will participate in meetings and negotiations with suppliers and cooperation partners. Furthermore you will manage our portfolio of existing contracts ensuring duly execution, consistency and validity.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an analytical and structured person who has a master’s degree in e.g.  engineering, finance, law, computer science or other relevant area combined with an evident interest and good knowledge of the business and technical aspects of each transaction. Hence, we would expect that you, for instance, have the ability to draft simple contractual documents, understand and take an active role in the structure set up of each negotiation, and follow the contractual process in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines.

We believe that you are a driven and goal-oriented individual with very good communication and people skills. You are a fast learner and easily familiarize yourself with complex technologies from many different areas.
