Axis is looking for the right Fall Intern for our Marketing Department based in our Chicago office.

What You’ll Do Here…

• Help coordinatore event logistics
• Contact venues and vendors as need
• Update registration and event data continuously
• Organize event supplies
• Work directly with the Area Marketing Coordinator to assist in planning and promoting events

What We Are Looking For …

• Strong attention to detail
• Organized with ability to multi-task
• Excellent use of time management
• Minimum of intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Ability to effectively work independently as well as within a team
• Focused independent drive
• Eager and quick learner

What You’ll Need…

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
• Maintained GPA of 3.0 or better
• Prior Marketing internship experience a plus
• Interest in learning about Marketing

What You’ll Learn …

• Business processes
• Marketing management
• Knowledge of the marketing and events field
• Event research and planning
