As Inside Sales, you work closely with the other Sales functions to support the sales of Axis Communications solutions within the designated territory. You work with our Sales Force, registering data, following up all major national events and handling the lead queue within Sales Force and qualifying Authorized partners. You work on sales campaigns and cold calling with other ISAM. You will follow a customer list of approx. 150 customers. IN ORDER TO DO SO YOU WILL: - Prepare call out campaigns - Respond to consistent inbound activity ranging from general inquiries to closing deals - Build and maintain fluid relations with potential and existing customers, resellers, integrators and partners - Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activities - Encourage companies to enroll in Axis partner development programs - Filter and process sales leads - Recommend proper Axis solutions and consistently monitor partners to settle eligibility and level changes You will report to the National Sales Manager France. The position will be based in our brand new office at 30 mn from the center of Paris (Hauts de Seine), offering cafeteria, gym, conciergerie... Who are we looking for? - We are looking for an inventive professional in Sales with excellent communications skills. You are curious, open-minded, with a responsible independent drive and honest disposition in order to develop internal and external relationships. - In sales, you are a ”commercial breeder” who always look to provide the best support to help your partners to grow at their highest potential and you also ”enjoy the challenge of recruiting new partners in your territory”. - Finally you are considered as a good great teammate and you like to support your colleagues to achieve common goals. Apart from this, you have the following qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area - Between 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role - Acquainted with High Tech environments is a real plus - Fluent in Microsoft Office applications - French speaker with a good fluency in English (writing and speaking). - An additional European language (Italian or Spanish) is a plus You recognize yourself in this profile and you love what you do, we want to hear from you!
