Business Relationships Manager

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As our business relationship manager (BRM) you will mainly focus on developing executive-level relationships and serve as a main point of communications between Axis and our customer.
You will also be a part of our regional business development team and add value to regional projects and initiatives. 

 Key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Build the mapping customers in focused industries in local market
  • Define market opportunity in long term for focused industries, understand local markets’ needs
  • Ensure communication and cooperation with other parts of Axis sales organisation as well as with other functions within the company
  • In close cooperation with the sales organization drive sales of new solution and service offerings
  • Act jointly with key account managers to create fruitful cooperation with segment specialists in the channel (system integrators) in order to follow up opportunities efficiently

 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


We are looking for you if you have 5+ Years of Business Development/Sales Experience within the industry segment, high knowledge and interest in the business and sales environment. You are customer oriented and know how to prioritize. In this role we see that you have vast experience in project management.

In addition a successful candidate has:

  • Articulate and have excellent presentation skills
  • High level in written and spoken English is required and fluent Russian
  • High multicultural awareness and interest
  • High integrity and self-awareness
