Inside Sales Account Manager - Nordics

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

This is a dynamic role that requires a person with great communication skills and the ability to support their fellow coworkers, leading to a desired result. The role allows for people from outside of the tech industry to be exposed to the inner workings of the world leader in the tech security industry.


The ISAM Nordics is responsible for all incoming inquiries, pro-actively handling leads from different sources to qualify and recruit new authorized partners. The ISAM Nordics have account responsibility for a defined set of run rate partners across the Nordics 

The ISAM Nordics is responsible for updating and maintaining our systems.

The ISAM Nordics will work effectively as part of the sales team to ensure all key metrics for call and lead handling are met.

The ISAM Nordics will work as a support to our sales teams and when necessary handle all incoming enquiries from customers to successful completion. Together with the sales team he/she will focus on growing Nordic sales and make sure different tasks are carried out in an efficient way.

 This position is based in Lund, focusing on the Nordic market.

 

Your main activities will include but not limited to:

  • Being a bearer of our company culture.
  • Pro-actively handle our lead queue; to qualify and recruit new Authorized Partners – every partner has to be contacted personally and checked if the reseller is a good, potential partner of Axis (Quality not only Quantity driven scanning of the market)
  • Qualifying leads (end-users, partners etc)
  • Evaluating the Sales Out Reports to analyze the development of new potential Authorized Partners and recruit them to our Chanel partner program.
  • Make sure we have working onboarding routines for new partners and managing the onboarding of new partners.
    • Account responsibility for a defined set of run rate partners across the Nordics.
  • Handling the Inbound Calls in a professional way with a sales focused mind
  • Doing Outbound calls and send outs to develop non-active partner through re-activation program, or non-partners to enrol in the Chanel partner program.
  • Responsible of control and handle the demo pool within the region
  • Provide support for sales events both internally and externally
  • Making sure our systems, like our CRM and salesforce systems and certain internal and external web tools like the distribution web, e-commerce partners web, are clean and up to date with customer information, pictures and information of products etc.
  • Other relevant task to support sales teams in their daily work
  • Contact point between sales and order team.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Key attributes we are looking for in an individual include:

  • Speaks fluent English and Swedish
  • Previous sales experience in a similar capacity (experience in the Network Security industry will be an advantage)
  • Possess basic technical understanding of networking and computer systems
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with handling Salesforce is desirable

As an individual, you will have a positive can do attitude, have strong organization skills and thrive on working within a team environment. Excellent communication and influencing skills are key to this role.
