As our Account Manager, you support the distributors and the Channel Partner Program (CPP) in the region, with the objective to capture maximum growth potential in the market by building up the strong channel infrastructure which is composed of distributors and all kinds of channel partners. The role includes developing new system integrators, value added resellers into the CPP program, empowering the channel partners by continuous training, coaching and education, setting targets and continuously evaluate the performance of the channel partners to ensure that Axis has the best partners in the market. You are expected to take an active part to drive revenue growth in the region to meet the revenue target set for the region, implementing and improving the region’s sales processes, tools and guidelines. This position is based in Philippines. Key responsibilities will include: - Support distributors in the market, acting as their main contact on a daily basis
- Axis CPP Growth: Drive partner recruitment & activation with assigned territory
- Work with key focus partners in the region and continuously evaluate the performance
- Help in growing the regional business
- Training, coaching and educating partners
- Planning, implementing and following-up with Key Partner marketing activities with the local marketing manager
- Support Axis-led or Distributor-led marketing activities (tradeshows, partner workshops or ACAT sessions)
- Training the distributor and other channel partners on Axis’ products
- Leads Management: Qualify and monitor inbound information requests for Axis products and channel partners, ensuring that qualified leads are responded to in a timely fashion
- Evaluating the performance of each distributor and channel partner
- Achieving annual and quarterly targets set for the region
Qualification and Experience - Minimum Diploma in Business/Finance/Engineering or any related field from a recognized polytechnic
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Track record of reaching sales targets working through partners
- Able to optimally analyze and prioritize customers
