WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As Axis expands its business and geographic footprint across the Northern European region, the level of activity required to maintain and grow market share has increased significantly. We are looking for an events management coordinator to manage the end to end process, from identification and validation through to coordination of representation and then follow-up, ensuring the maximum return on investment each time. This role will sit alongside a team of marketing specialists across the region and it will be key to work collaboratively and efficiently to ensure success. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Collate the regional requirements from all functions, working collaboratively to complete event proposals for approval
• Coordinate the Axis Academy training courses including promoting the academy.
• Map out opportunities which have not been identified by regional team and investigate opportunity to deliver according to objectives
• For each event opportunity collate requirements in terms of budget, resource, messaging, anticipated return on investment and effort required to follow up professionally
• Ensure all leads are followed up professionally and with the shortest possible delay – manage process from lead entry through to contact
• Track and report regional activity on a monthly basis, collating feedback (qualitative), leads and eventual sales (quantitative)

This position is based in Sweden, Lund.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a focused and driven individual who is very organized and has gained extensive experience of coordinating events. Ideally you will have gained experience within a marketing team as an events coordinator however if your experience within events is not within Marketing, your application will still be considered.

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive events coordination experience and a passion for marketing. Experience from within our industry is not essential however an interest in Technology is. Ideal applicants should be fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written). You will have excellent project management and multitasking skills and be able to work across functional teams to influence. Strong decision making abilities based upon both soft and hard data available are key to this role.
