Multi Regional Key Account Manager - UK

JOB QUALIFICATIONS The Multi Regional Key Account Manager role is to drive sales within a selected number of Multi Regional Partner Accounts. These accounts are a number of identified current and possible future MRP accounts. The role requires analysis, reporting and communication of the accounts performance with the global MRP team. The Key Account Manager handles these accounts on a daily basis, acting as a professional interface between the account and Axis. The Key Account Manager is an ambassador for the business and your professionalism and relationship management support the Axis brand and reputation in the market. The successful candidate will be based in the UK. Key responsibilities also include: - Developing clear business plans for the selected accounts
- Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up KPI’s on these
- Work closely together with the System Integrators, in order to develop the project pipeline and close projects
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars Academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities
- Prepare sales reports with new and existing projects
- Carry out Ad hoc projects as requested
- Working with marketing activities together with the System Integrators in order to attract new end-user opportunities
- Ensure account visits are well planned to minimise travel time and costs
- Completion of paperwork and database requirements to high quality and on time
- Ensure clear objectives, ownership and expectations are agreed with manager
- Undertake effective personal reviews to support continuous performance, skills and behaviours improvement in the role
- Ensure regular one to one meetings take place to review progress, gain feedback and improve performance
- Ensure you actively support manager to develop key systems and business processes to support cost effectiveness and efficiency of function and team
- Ensure a culture of ongoing improvement in area
